Acro Residences - Guiguinto

We spent our Christmas at a newly built hotel, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy modern facilities. the hotel had a great cafe serving delicious food and coffee, and the room had a balcony with an excellent view. We also appreciated being located close to various shops and restaurants.

the staff seemed to be untrained and had difficulty answering our questions or even in answering calls.

The hotel's location near the expressway exit and grocery stores was convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were modern and well-designed. I especially enjoyed the great view from the balcony and the delicious food and coffee served at the cafe downstairs.

The hotel lacked proper training for its staff, resulting in poor service and delays in simple requests such as arranging transport and cleaning the room. The bathroom floors were also dangerously slippery when wet, and there was a strange smell in the bathroom.

The hotel facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking was convenient, and the breakfast provided was great. the location was excellent and transportation was easily accessible.

Not one thing.

This hotel is situated in a convenient location near some restaurants and grocery stores. the rooms are quite modern and well-maintained, with plenty of comfortable furniture and good views from the balcony. Guests can also enjoy tasty meals and coffee in the hotel cafe or try some delicious sushi next door.

Some members of staff seem unprepared to handle certain tasks or requests.

Modern, good food, nice furnitures, accommodating staff, near grocery stores and restaurants.

There was nothing I didn't like.
